EN 61034-2:2005 is identical with IEC 61034-2:2005.It supersedes BS EN 50268-2:2002 which is withdrawn.

Smoke density test is the combustion of an important aspect of performance evaluation, as it relates to the degree of difficulty for personnel evacuation.

Cable requirements straight, before testing the temperature 23 ℃ ± 5 ℃ placed under 16 hours in advance. Experimental test time is 40 minutes, smoke density test by the lowest rate of light transmission

DIN5510-2 standard requirement 
Smoke density test by the lowest rate of light transmission≥60%.

EN 50266-1 common test methods for cables under fire conditions—Test for vertical flame spread of vertically-mounted bunched wired or cables-Part 1: apparatus. 

DIN EN 50266-2-4: wire and cable bundles of multiple vertical flame (cable diameter ≥ 12mm), the need for this test cables and wires (not including cable), burning the maximum damage after the test cable length of less than 2.5 m. 

DIN EN 50305 section 9.1.1: wire and cable bundles of multiple vertical flame (6mm <cable diameter <12mm) the need for this test cables and wires (not including cable), combustion test cable length does not exceed the maximum damage 2.5m. 

DIN EN 50305 section 9.1.2: wire and cable bundles of multiple vertical flame (diameter ≤ 6mm cable required for this test cables and wires (not including cable), burning the maximum damage after the test cable length of no more than 2.5m. 

DIN EN 60332-1-2: a single vertical wire and cable flame, the need for this test cables and wires, including the data line (fiber optic cables, data bus wire, coaxial cable), combustion tests, the cable length of the top damage not more than 50mm, the bottom does not exceed 540mm.
