英国SBD认证是什么？Secured by Design (SBD)

Secured by Design (SBD) is the official police security initiative that works to improve the security of buildings and their immediate surroundings to provide safe places to live, work, shop and visit.
SBD’s product based accreditation scheme – the Police Preferred Specification - provides a recognised standard for all security products that can deter and reduce crime.
There are currently many hundreds of companies producing thousands of attack resistant crime prevention products, across 30 different crime categories, which have achieved Police Preferred Specification.
SBD is the only way for companies to obtain police recognition for security-related products in the UK.
The following test houses are accredited by UKAS (the United Kingdom Accreditation Service) to conduct testing to PAS 24 (Doors and Windows). Alternative accreditation can be demonstrated by appropriately qualified test facilities that are signatories of the EA Multilateral Agreement (EA MLA); such test and certification organisations should take due regard to the UK Police Service Secured by Design Interpretive document for BS EN 1627:2011, BS EN 1628:2011, BSEN1629:2011and BSEN1630:2011 (for products tested and certificated to PAS 24)

核心安全测试：产品必须通过 PAS 24 标准的测试，这是SBD认证的技术门槛。测试会模拟撬棍、锤击等暴力入侵手段，评估门窗整体的抗破坏能力。
附加性能测试：还需通过 BS 6375 标准下的测试，包括：
耐候性：检测门窗的空气渗透性、水密性和抗风压能力。
操作强度：评估门窗反复开启的力度、抗冲击性和机械强度。
注意：测试用的样品必须是最终成品（含全套五金件和玻璃），以确保认证能覆盖所有关键组件
Firstly, we provide general project management advice and assistance, and then security testing to PAS24 as covered in our previous columns in this series.
Then we carry out weathertightness testing in our laboratory to BS 6375:2015 Part 1. Weathertightness testing is undertaken to determine a how efficient a window or door product is in terms of its air permeability, watertightness and resistance to wind loads.
We will also test your window and door products for compliance with BS 6375 Part 2, which specifies the performance requirements for the operation and strength of manually operated windows and internal/external pedestrian doorsets in their fully finished condition in terms of operating force (the effort required to operate windows and doors), impact resistance and mechanical strength.
All weathertightness and operational fitness for purpose testing is carried out in our UKAS-accredited in-house test laboratory and requires identical test specimens as supplied for the PAS24 security testing.
The assembled test evidence is then reviewed. We will then audit your factory processes, factory production control, and product certification will follow.
Should any non-conformances arise they must of course be resolved and then we will issue a certificate under our Enhanced Security Product Certification scheme.
Build Check Limited is a Ukas-accredited provider, and our Enhanced Security Product Certification is accepted by Secured by Design for Police Preferred Specification and will allow you to complete your membership application.
